Axel von Perfall has more than 20 years of experience advising energy companies across Europe and the Middle East. He specialises in strategy, large-scale transformation and the development and financing of energy infrastructure projects.
Before founding Gilvion Energy Advisors, he worked with PwC/Strategy&, EY and Roland Berger, supporting leading energy companies and investors on complex strategic and investment decisions.

Wietse ter Veld is an energy transition consultant and project director with a mechanical engineering background and 30 years of international experience. Specialised in hydrogen and renewable energy systems, combining techno-economic analysis with system integration, feasibility, and delivery readiness. A foundation in large-scale oil and gas projects underpins a disciplined, execution-focused approach to low-carbon infrastructure development.
